LADDERDEC was born from real experience. A serious fall from a ladder while working at height on wet decking in North Devon led to life-changing surgery and a long recovery, following an emergency airlift to a specialist hospital 60 miles away. That day changed everything - and sparked a mission: to make working at height on decking safer for everyone.
